These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services offered by Cuibo (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Antonis Tsakiridis, located at 'Pipinou 5 Kamatero, Athens, Greece'. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Cuibo specializes in providing frontend development services, including but not limited to:

  • User Interface & User Experience (UI & UX) design and development
  • Web application & site development
  • Optimization for performance, accessibility, SEO
  • Development of tailored software solutions

Any specific services will be detailed in separate agreements or contracts as required.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services or accessing our website.

3. Client Responsibilities

When engaging Cuibo’s services, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information to facilitate project completion.
  • Cooperate throughout the duration of the service.
  • Meet agreed-upon deadlines for payments as outlined in project-specific agreements.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership of Deliverables: Upon full payment, Cuibo grants the customer ownership of the final work product delivered for the project.

Cuibo’s Rights: Cuibo retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in its portfolio, including but not limited to case studies, screenshots, and project descriptions.

5. Payment and Fees

Payment terms, schedules, and methods will be defined in project agreements or contracts. All invoices are due within the specified time. Delayed payments may incur interest or penalties as permitted by law.

All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by Client: If you decide to terminate a project before completion, you are responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

Cancellation by Cuibo: Cuibo reserves the right to cancel or pause a project in cases of non-cooperation, missed payments, or other breaches of these Terms.

7. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the website in any way that may disrupt, damage, or impair our services.
  • Attempt to access unauthorized parts of the site.
  • Use content from the website for unauthorized commercial purposes.

8. Confidentiality

Cuibo takes confidentiality seriously. Any sensitive or proprietary information shared by clients will be treated with care and only used for project purposes.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Cuibo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
  • In any case, Cuibo’s liability will be limited to the fees paid for the specific services provided.

10. Third-Party Tools and Resources

We may utilize third-party tools, libraries, or frameworks (e.g., open-source software or APIs) when building your frontend solutions. Cuibo is not responsible for the functionality or updates of these third-party resources after the termination of our contract.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Athens, Greece.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
